This is the cover art of the zine Contact- its special double issue (volumes 5 and 6). It was a gen zine focusing on Kirk and Spock that was published from 1975 to 1987. I just found out that there is a website devoted to archiving the zines. It’s http://www.contactzine.com/
However, from the perspective of this younger fangirl and slash shipper, what was then thought of as “totally 100% friendship gen" looks…. different now~.
In the next few days, I plan to do a much longer and more detailed post about the “Kirk & Spock FRIENDSHIP" part of K/S fandom that Contact exemplifies so well. Until then, enjoy the oldfic, straight from the Seventies!
