Also, there is a digitized zine archive, mostly 60s and 70s I believe, at Texas A&M called the Sandy Hereld Collection. Not sure if it is K/S archive, but you could Google them and email or call them to find out for sure.
I volunteer on the Sandy Hereld Digital Fanzine Collection and can be reached at morgandawn@gmail.com It is not part of the Kirk/Spock Archive (which is fan run) but accepts donations of scanned zines. The university, Texas A&M will also accept donations of paper zines. And of course the K/S Lending Library (fan run) can be reached via Kathy R and would love to get copies. I pmed you her email address and you can also write to me direct.
