Hi guys, Dee’s son here again. Wanted you to know that my sisters and I have been blown away, just blown away by the response to the news of her passing. We have been reading your messages and posts aloud to each other. Thank you for loving her so much. Your words have brought lots of tears. But in the best of ways.
She loved you guys too. She fretted about how, when and if if she should tell you she was dying. She worried about leaving you without a word. She worried about you so much that I won’t lie, I was almost annoyed that she was using up her energy on people online. I didn’t get it. I underestimated you, I’m sorry.
She had beaten cancer before so we all thought she would do it again. Especially her. But it became clear a couple months ago she wouldn’t this time.
By your request we won’t delete her site. I don’t know if we should do this but she had quite a few things she was working on but had not posted. If you want to see them we will put them up here. We will put up her letter to you regardless.
